These are excellent exercises. I was just following along at home- I do handstands all the time, but it shocked me how much more core engagement it took to transition from the frog pose to the headstand and back. I’ll be adding that one to my routine for sure!

I was surprised that getting FROM frog pose to headstand was much easier (at least for me) than the transition back, I almost always lose my balance and fall out of frog when getting back.

Where abouts in my head I exactly have to put the most of pressure on, when I do frogstand to headstand? Is it right on the centre of the head? I tried headstand in my yoga session and my neck hurt, so ever since that I haven't given it a go. 🙄
