6 Exercises That Built My Arms! (Biceps & Triceps)

Here are 6 bicep and tricep exercises that helped me build my arms. Sometimes I do different variations but I stick to doing compound lifts, isolated lifts and unilateral lifts to get the most out of each muscle group. If you want to grow your arms be sure to keep tension on your muscles by using progressive overload and keeping proper form through each repetition. I hope these exercise help you as much as they've helped me! Be sure to like, share, and subscribe!

  • @hardcorehouse
    @hardcorehouse15 күн бұрын

    It’s absolutely not necessary to go as strict as he does, which is harder and more grueling. As long as you’re working hard and burn the muscle out in the set. looser can still be under control in which case there’s no heightened injury potential. Also, one glaring issue with the tricep work he should can include at least one extension movement that I didn’t see there, good extension movements are as good as dips, but different.
