I never used to be a morning person but then I had my daughter and she got me up at 3:30-5:30am everyday and now that she sleeps in I still automatically get up at 5am and let me tell you the positive effects it’s had on my grades, mental and physical health, productivity has been amazing ✨

She wakes up this early and still looks beautiful and not tired. *me who is having a exam tomorrow and I'm watching this to be motivated to wakeup early.*
