Best video on pump foiling because it consistently shows the pump dance. Do a vid on land pump dance practicing for the fattys like me please

Honestly, legs. I run cross country so my cardio is great, my legs just turned to jelly. Also I was only attempting to pump past 2 minutes and 30 seconds and so when I got to 6 and a half minutes I felt that it was good enough. I feel that if I had to go to ten minutes and knew it at the time, I could have gone further!

… the start and the finish should be the same ‘ place’. Otherwise, you can do a DW 😉 But strong 💪🏽

There was barely a ripple of wind that day but I see what you are saying. I am in the process of attempting a 8 minute long circle. Expect to see a video soon.
