    @@johnconnolly5117 If I remember correctly the Vulcan cannon is a 20mm 6-barrelled Gatling gun called the maxigun that equiped the F-105 & the F-5, & 12.7mm < 20mm

    There is no ground platform for it. But the Dutch used this gun in a system called Goalkeeper to defend warships from missiles.

    It's called a minigun because it's a miniaturized version of the 20mm Vulcan cannon, although I do agree it should be called a manygun.
