So Keen to see the first start and dyno. I just found out that I have a dead car with a 5s engine and I have an altezza needing a motor so I will most likely copy ya build on the rwd version.

Awesome. I hope you cover the RWD build as well. Particularly curious on your transmission choice. I have a question. Could you have used an oil filter adapter plate instead of drilling into the bolt for the VVT-i oil feed?

Hey mate, nice collection you have there. also have a SW20 myself. it was from a 1UZFE, cant remember the amps. have tested it now and works well with the power demands of my car

Can you do a cost breakdown of what it cost you to get to this point. Less paint etc.

Hey mate, from Australia. I have a 5sgte in my rav4. With the same block missing the transfer case support. I noticed you missing it as well. I was bit worried about not having it. What are your thoughts on this. Not worried as much now as yours hasn't got it either

you want to use the right hand bracket (in front of the CV) but haven't run the upper bracket for years. never had an issue
