5k To Half Marathon in 4 WEEKS: The Surprising Way I Did It
How I surprised myself by going from 5k to jogging a half marathon (without walking) in only 4 weeks. SPOILER ALERT: Mindset was way more important than my actual training! This video is meant to inspire, and hopefully educate, everyone on their personal health and fitness journeys.
Training dates were: 24-May-2021 to 20-June-2021

Wow! Thanks, Lucas. 👊😀 That mean a lot to hear. I'll have to give at least some of the credit to the Tascam lapel microphone I use in an effort to improve the audio quality on my videos. 😂😂😂
Great video, I’m currently training for my first half and this was a great message. Keep it up!
Great video , thank you Jack ! And congrats !!
Thank You, this was very helpful
Great vid Jack, mindset is number one when it comes to accomplishing your goals. I use a similar trick to you when I run, I don't get lost however I just run in one direction for as far as possible when the endorphins are high, turn around when I am tired and have to run the same distance back.

Thank you darlin’! Your transparency inspires. I have a 1/2 in 4 weeks😳
Thank you. I just sign up for my 1st half marathon in next 3 months.
Brilliant, so pleased for you. Yes training well is vital, but equally important is a positive attitude and an open mind.. You smashed it!

Thanks, Antony! 😀👍 In fact, your tip about slowing the pace to run longer helped a lot, too! Cheers for that. Do you ever do any more jogging/running these days, or have you retired the running shoes?

@@JackClancy296 haha I’ve retired the shoes. Taking a slower pace of life now. 😂
Found this Little gem after looking for a 100 push-ups before and after Results! Keep going man, I’m also on my personal journey (wanna unlock that 4 pack and get Aesthetic). Hmm, can you make a video on Aesthetics?
I am happy you renamed
Well done, man! The half marathon is a decent race indeed for such a short period of training. So - just keep running, and new achievements will come! Good job making the video! 👍
