how come ravenous and not the tiamat lethality item

Ravenous is straight up a better laning item but that aside, the enemy team has Zac Reksai Alistar, along with that both Yasuo and Samira who have very good defensive options against lethality. His team already has 2 high damage carries with Zed and Kai'sa. It's better for him to go for the 12% lifesteal and +10 AD rather than the +18 lethality and execute active here since he's basically carrying the role of the 2nd frontline along with Nautilus here, especially because the enemy team is tanky asf and lifesteal is more valuable the longer fights go on
