This actually works with Jayce W too ( with around 2.3 AS every champ can get 2 crits with it ) and if soraka builds 2.6 AS since her AA missile speed is very slow she can get 3 crits with it

Feels like it's because the mark isn't consumed until the first aa hits, so if the hydra reset is launched before first hit lands, the game treats it like a crit as well.

I think this also may be why it does not work on Graves, since crits modify the aa Edit: thinking about it is even weirder since the heal is based on the damage of the item and it does heal Graves even without the crit, so the system math is done but it is not applied for some reason

Seems like its determined if an autoattack is a crit or not when the autoattack is launched. The item goes on cd after the first auto connects but the second auto was launched and determined as "crit", however the %max hp bonus only applies to the first autoattack

What is probably most funny is fact that 2nd crit is for 150% not for bugged 175%.

Thats probably cuz the passive is already used but it still crits cuz you have 100% crit technically as long as the passive is still there when you fire 2nd aa (I think I said that in a way hard to understand lol)

This is not true actually. The first auto attack does more damage because the Titanic active is being consumed on the first auto. The base crits for both autos are the same.

@@jimiek Titanic is on the second auto, are you even watching the same video as everyone else? Literally the entire point of the bug is to use titanic to auto cancel into the 2nd auto, if you used it on 1st auto the bug wouldn't work.

Sunder sky is nuts even with out the bugs. I have a replay of me as poppy fighting for 2:30 min with no mana just atuoing people and healing. The item had 18k healing at the end of the game

it might be better balanced and easier to balance if it behaved similarly to heartsteel and demolish, where there is a timer for the enemy to counterplay your heal

I think what Riot should do is a server in which they ship the patches before they do it on live servers, so that players can find and report bugs and glitches. That would help against shipping a patch that has so many bugs!

@@Bj-vd2tp Aren't rankeds generally disabled during pre-season/ not counted? How are people supposed to be ranked properly when the game right now is in stitches? The whole purpose of ranked is to rank players according to how well they play, which is pointlesswhen so much is just not working as intended.

Really liked to see Pantheon on a video, but more important than using him as a melee champ placeholder is the fact that sundered sky doesn't work on his empowered W, as in, the 3 aa after the stun

Yeah its really insane how consistently Riot ignores bugs. From the first week of their release on pbe I reported sundered sky not working on some attack modifiers, like Graves or Urgot W, but they released the items without even adressing them. (Btw not only their attack dont get crits, they do LESS damage than normal non-crit attacks, I seriously dont know the spaghetti on that).

I tried these 2 with I.E. and since the 1st auto is a guaranteed crit, it is affected by the effect and also gives Jhin MS to chase down the target. So cool for any Jhin top enthusiasts @@Dat_Jonx

is it possible it has something to do with technically not having procced the sundered sky mark when the second auto goes out? (travel time of aa projectile)

@@Vandiril Checks if the mark is up on attack start, consume on attack hit. The check on attack start is useful for crit animations and such, and it makes sense it's only consumed when it hits, so if the target is somehow untargetable or on stasis, you don't waste it. But it sure should have a check for the mark still being there when it hits before applying the actual damage and healing effect, even if it was already checked at the attack start

i can guess the interaction will only ever work on ranged champs crits are rolled at the moment a basic attack is declared, so that the game can use the crit animation. the sundered sky cooldown only starts after the basic attack lands. so if you can attack multiple time before your first attack lands, your sundered sky will crit each time.

Hey vandiril, I don't know how else to reach you atm but there's a broken mechanic right now on the support item. I played a game of bel'veth support (don't ask why) and noticed the ability to execute melee and cannon minions does not execute properly. At times it will leave them at a sliver and only sometimes takes the stack. Idk if other champs face this problem but could you take a look into it?

Does the dmg counted twice when Jinx rocket AOE and titanic hydra aoe strike the secondary targets?

Its the same as with Miss Fortune Rapidfire interaction where you can Q and then auto before your q hits with the extra range on both attacks right? As long as the hit have not applied yet you can get another one

what does this do on ashe? if you W first, does her bonus damage vs enemies affected by her passive get multiplied?

even weirder with Graves is that it plays the sound as if you're firing a crit auto, but he simply doesn't do that with sundered sky

the reason i see is that its working while the first auto attack is still in the air when sundered sky is up, so it counts both because it calculates beforehand it seems

vandril can you cover that some champions dont work with echoes of helia, like nidalee with her human W, i used to play her support and she was a healing and buff beast but after the new items it doesnt work properly anymore

A similar thing can be done with caitlyn headshots (as well as probably 20 other empowered autos), just get a passive headshot ready and as long as youre far enough away you can instantly get 2 headshots

I think it works because the sundered sky proc is only consumed, once the attack hits. Thats why with the titanic reset you can attack again before the first one connects.

Hey vandiril, Do you aware that shaco clone give shaco extra stacks for hubris if both of shacos kill a champion at the same time?

I have a bug on the bot lane, on the middle side of the 3 bushes. When i try to go behind the wall my champ stutters and starts glitching for 2 seconds. Then it goes behind the wall. And this did not change since summer 2022. I like to recall there so it happens constantly. Actually it happens 100% if your fountain is on the left side of the map.

How does it work with Shaco's Q and Backstab?

Hey Vandiril currently heartsteel's description in the shop is broken, mainly the passive description differs from the shop vs the inventory(how it acts in game too) in the shop it says, that both the damage and the hp increase is in relation too max hp (damage: 5%maxHealth + 100 ; increase in hp: 0.6% +12) however in the game / inventory it works differently there it works how the patchnote of 14.1 says (190 + 10 % of bonus item health ; 12% of that as bonus health). maybe you can bring this issue forward as it do be funny.

I was just using it on Graves in ARAM and the tooltip said it was healing me so ig the crit doesnt work but the healing does?

fun fact about sundered sky: this item show a demacia(?) icon on champions for us to crit on and heck, when neeko disguises, this icon also show on neeko too and you can tell if neeko is turning into a minion or something else (note: if neeko clone the icon show on both neeko and her clone) so yes this is a neeko-counter-item not so sure if this is a bug or an intended feature lol

It isnt a bug, those effects are essentially debuffs (per target cooldown unique to each champ), so they maintain the visual indicators of the effects.

@@irlShively visual indicator should not shown on champion that disguised as anything that is not a champion What is the point of "disguise" when you can pick rune or item to counter it visually? Make the indicator invisible and sfx muted (the sound effect of the items and runes when hitting champion) until neeko break her disguise and then make the effect visible again and sfx of rune and item un muted

That’s weird, I just played with Sundered Sky Illaoi yesterday in ARAM and it wasn’t bugged at all for me. Is it random whether it works? Cause it worked fine all game for me.

Maybe its because it applies the crit property to the auto attack when it starts flying but doesnt use it up until it hits. So maybe a character like soraka with a really slow flying auto attack could get 2 or even 3 crits off with enough attack speed

@Vandiril there is a bug i don't know whether was discovered or not Seems like if you build Profane Hydra and Voltaic Cyclosword together, your cyclosword additional AA damage will not proc hydra Haven't tested it out on other hydras but the idea is around there, hoped that I helped

poppy can make a triple auto if timed correctly and with akshan the second attack dosent crit unless you cancel it with titanic aaaand hurracaine and piearcing (and the aoe auto like shyvana dragonform q) can crit on multiple enemies at the same time for more than just 1 or 2 autos

It's also bugged with Camille Q, I've tested it yesterday while trying the new builds

I wonder if it would work on kled with the whole 2.6 attack speed deal. Since his w is basically that.

Why the crits value differ though?

It is an AOE crit with shyv q in ult. Only consumes and heals for 1 mark though. I wonder if you can double aoe crit with the reset if you can refresh q cooldown in 1 q.

Yeah you can. It is the same with twitch r and hurricane. You only proc the item on 1 target, but all hits of that attack get the crit.

This is like the neeko bug from back wheb she was released, where she could get two procs of her on-hit passive if she auto-attacked fast enough

Crits are decided on-attack but the mark is consumed on-hit. If you can start another attack in that window, you'll get another crit for free. You need either an AA reset or high attack speed. It's also why it doesn't work on attacks without projectile (such as melee champs, or Senna/Thresh/etc). They apply on-attacks and on-hits at the same time. Interesting how you can retroactively proc Titanic Hydra's active. If you activate it while your attack projectile is in flight, that attack can consume the empowered hydra proc

you cant summon the baron and herald in the practice tool for some reason try that unless its 20 mins only

I think Sunderer Hydra Jhin top could go hard on S14. Also to be noted that Sunderer Sky's 1st auto is a crit, which gives Jhin movement speed and also works with I.E. So you could potentially go for 2 crits in 4 autos. Also with the changes to BOTRK, you could SOMETIMES if it was called for, build it on Jhin too (cus now u just need 1 auto to proc the slow, so it can help vs jaggernauts trying to reach you).

Navori counts all ability damage, including passives (GP even received a nerf because of it), so I would assume shojin works similarly.

Question should jinx lvl 6 do 1k+ damage on dragon with rocket? I feel like they purposefully took that out but now again every time I have jinx in my game she steals every objective with lvl 1R

i think its just the way it interacts. i main jinx and regardless of smite, i still manage to execute dragons if they happen to smite at the same time

I assume that this is like the Neeko Guinsoos W bug, where all of her attacks that were in the air turned into lasers when guinsoos gave triggered your W.

looks like every attack coming out of the champ will be a sundered attack until the first one hits and the item goes to cool down

doesn't work with rengar too. if you q instead of autoing the marks disappear but heal and dmg does not go off. i was tryng sunder sky infity edge on rengar, the dmg is crazy but is shit that you can't engage with your 4 stack q
