Sold to criminal Chinese buying INTENTIONALLY overpriced real estate for money laundering. It's proven. look up CBC Golden Visas. Canada is complicit in it.

@@tango_oscar it's deeper than that, the government SEEK out foreign criminal investors because they give canadian gov a 1.5 interest free loan, then they give them a canadian Visa, we're literally #1 on Earth for Chinese money laundering in Real estate according to an in depth CBC report
