53 Shopping Trips A MONTH? - Til Debt Do Us Part 404 - Love Affair With Luxury

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Simone is a champion shopper who manages to make 53 shopping trips in a single month. Even though she’s on maternity leave, a luxury car is next on her list. Meanwhile, her husband Frank suspects that his wife’s shopping is the cause of their debt, but he doesn’t want to rock the boat. Gail tries to show this couple where they could end up if they don’t change their spendthrift ways, but will she be able to make an impression?

Blowing through retirements funds/maxing out credit cards to buy her anything/everything. They obviously saw it as a 2nd chance to raise their actual daughter. And that twenty-something couple. She was a certified teacher but refused to get a job. She barely worked substitute teacher, and he just had a regular job. As something. Her brother is a millionaire (apparently) and she believes he’s going to buy her a house and take care of her. Now, my brother-in-law and his wife have money coming out the wazoo, but he doesn’t pay our bills, nor have we ever asked him to. They are probably seperated or managed to ballon the debt to well over six figures. One thing that is easy for a couple like this is to keep snowballing the debt and rely on more credit and the bank of mommy and daddy if things keep seriously out of control. I grew up knowing my husband since kindergarten. We were neighbors. I used to play with his little sister and one day when I was about 10 yrs old I noticed her big brother was actually kind of cute! 😂 He had a best friend and they mowed lawns for people and they were busy, so I didnt see him very often lol. Moving ahead, by the time I was in highschool at 17 yrs old, he asked me for a date! 😃🤩🥳 By the time I was 18 we got married! He proposed to me up on Corinado Heights in his car. 😂 He wrote on the palm of his hand WILL YOU MARRY ME? 🤣🤣🤣 I read it and I said YES! 😂 We were dirt poor, but I was old fashioned believing a wife is to follow her husband’s lead, and be obedient. I stayed home and took care of our 2 kids and I didnt feel any need to buy things. We went together to buy groceries and I started working different jobs after our kids were in school all day. I worked as a nurse aid in a nursing home and cleaned houses for people. I went to floral design school and worked in a flower shop before we were married, but the pay wasnt much. Never go into the floral shop business to get rich. Its not that profitable. And that was back in the 1970s. Now days you cant hardly find a real flower shop. Most flowers are sold in grocery store nooks. I made more money cleaning homes for rich people lol. My husband worked for the BNSF railroad co. He was a supervisor and communication Engineer. He climbed the communication towers about 400 feet high. He made sure safety checks were done regularly. We started our life together in a small home, then 9 yrs later, a move to kscity to a new bigger house, lived there 30 years, then after he reached 55 yrs old, he retired early. Our financial investors helped our income grow bigger, so then my husband bought us a new house much larger, in an upscale neighborhood. We are retired, and living in home over one million $ now. I raised my only little grandson and now he is 18 😂 my time got away! Iam 67 years old now, and my hobby is painting for people. At 65 I came down with breast cancer. Iam recovering, but the treatments deformed one of my legs and weakened my bones. Its ostioperosis so my bones will break if I dont complete the zometa infusion treatments. Chemo does alot of damage, but my already advanced OA caused this to be worse. My bones are getting stronger but its 24-7 chronic intense pain. This is zometa is also to prevent my cancer from spreading. 😊 my cancer doctors are the best! ❤ so is my husband of nearly 50 years! ❤❤❤ 🎉😂 He took great care of me all those years, and took me to my chemo treatments and being obedient and patient and honoring him through the years was worth it!! He was a very dependable man and I will be forever grateful for him becoming my husband.😊❤❤❤❤❤❤ 👍🫶🏻

I have never gotten a pedicure in my life. Just when my Dad gave me a gift certificate. I will not pay for that. But, I did waste a lot of money foolishly buying pandora charms. A lot of charms.

Consumerism and advertising is the biggest business to induce debts. Excessive shopping is part of chronic mental illness.
