This music is changing my life, I've only just listened to it twice but today I noticed how I can stop myself from reacting from a place of anger. I went from being extremely irritable to coming from a place of love. I still feel irritation but I actually notice it happening and I find myself seeking for better ways to respond. I love reading through the comments here everytime I listen❤ I hope you all know that these comments really touch some of our hearts in a big way

I think a person can be upset with another for a good reason and still love them. The trick is to allow the anger to exist, just long enough to acknowledge it, instead of repressing it, and then sit a while before addressing the issue in question with the other person. Perhaps this is what you are doing, of course. Everyone approaches things differently. I'm just putting it out there that I hope you are acknowledging the shadow emotions instead of possibly repressing them. Too often, those of us on a spiritual journey think we have to get rid of our shadow emotions or selves entirely. This is not necessarily the case. My own mentor admits to a razor-thin level of patience with people these days, and hates the concept of "Good vibes only." She says this idea is neither rational or fair to humans who get told constantly that they should never express anger or fear, etc. She is the one who has helped me face my shadow stuff, bless her. It has given me permission to feel all my feelings, not just the good stuff.

I am here for the exact same reasons. To heal from all the abuse and trauma right from childhood. My heart chakra is completely blocked. I have been sitting in meditation with my inner child to let feel safe to feel the emotions, to heal and forgive, . There is sooooo much work to do

I experienced something today that i want to share. While taking a power nap , i was listening to this music. Before the nap, i was feeling anxious but in dreams i experienced self love and love from others with whom my relationship is not so good. They praised me in my dreams. At the time when i started listening to this music, i was not aware of the fact that this music is for self love. Now i m feeling whether its coincidence or is there really some magic in this music.

I was having knee pain after bumping my knee. It was inflamed and getting worse and I knew I would be feeling it for a couple of days. The pain was gone before going to bed after listening to this for a couple of hours. It's like it never happened.

Let me start off with saying I was doing all I could to manifest love and a person in my life. The person came but we hit hardship and serious doubt and then I found myself once again seeking for any validation and someone to complete me. I knew that i had to be enough for myself first but how was I to take that first step? I listened to this and then all the pieces fell together. 💜
