You have got to be kidding me! I've thought my laser was broke when I got it, I've taken it apart several times and never would I have thought that the batteries are supposed to go in positive side towards the tail switch lol. Wellp it finally works after a month of messing with it

Actualy a fact : on the website from where i buy my laser (something like 20 dollars) says : WORKS AT TEMPERATURE OF 10C-40C and there where im now are - 2C soo yes. Is good to check the website from where u got it. Hope i helped u! And a happy new year too!

My laser of the same model 303 was a problem. It doesn't light up anymore, all I see when I press the button to light up, it's a red LED at the bottom of the tube, can you tell me which component was defective? I could exchange it for another one, but I don't know which component may have failed

it's infrared light the crystal probaly broke mine broke too it's so strong it can light a match

i tried to get my laser 301 to burn n when I took the circuit out to turn the knob it didn't work n e more what can I do n can i test it with a 9v battery hmu i need help fixing it thanx

If you Don't have a magnet use Aluminum foil it actually works

I bought one of those lasers a blue one or purple in the beam that comes out as very very. dimcan't even see a beam. I mean you can barely see the light. Very bad how can I fix that

I think we loss our laser... other said That it was an ir light our laser are burn we need to buy one

Lens cleaning and straightening oughts fix it. Use latex gloves so u don't smear on your cleaned lens

My laser i just bought and test it, it work for a second super bright then start unfocusing, i did took the focused lens and it appers to be a diode fault cause i tested cr123 and 18650 that i use in my 7w led flashlight and look for any broken glass or so inside but even without the focus lens the bigger dot become like 4 spread dots after a second never saw that problem before. :(
