Oem carb or cheap replica carb?Check cdi intake for airleak and valves.fuel vacuum tap working good?

Why didn't you use the other part of the tool set to hold the stem in place while you tightened the locking nut? Was the stem head different than the socket in the tool?

Every valve adjustment tool I've ever used allowed for the stem-turning tool to pass through the nut wrench to hold the stem in place and keep it from turning when you tighten down the nut. It's one shot and done. Is yours not like this? @@IFixShet

@@steverandall5814 The set that I ordered does not fit through the center.

Does it pull gas properly without any issues? Is the fuel tap clear? Fuel filter? Vacuum sounds Alright? I usually work on 2 strokes and this happens too when wiring doesnt have ground connection to the frame/block too so if thats a thing for newer 4 strokes too then it might be worth cleaning off that connection a bit
