i stopped at 25:23 minutes after doing 10 mins stretching, I'll be back tomorrow. My college friend recommeded me this channel, since he had really good result. Hopefully this is gonna be the start of retaking my life.

74년생 여자사람입니다~홈트로 운동중이죠. 덤벨하다 어깨쪽을 다쳐서 당분간 덤벨은 못들고 맨몸운동으로 뭘할까 고민하다 알찬 구성에 망설임 없이 바로 도전~!!!간만에 땀 폭발!흥 폭발!! 맬 하긴 힘든 루틴이라 주 3일은 이 운동으로 정했어요~좋댓구알하고 갑니다~^^

저 한달째 운동하고 있는데 처음엔 10분짜리도 힘들었는데 이제 50분도 거뜬하네요!! 덕분에 3kg감량했습니다..체지방이 많이 빠진거 같아여!!! 배랑 허벅지 어깨라인이 살아나고 있습니다!! 항상 좋은 영상 감사합니다^^

Love the 50min workout and love that you left off the stretching in the end. It was great to have some variety with the exercises Superman hold was a killer. Given it’s summer and I have no AC it was a super sweaty workout to be expected for sure. Thanks Louis and James for keeping me motivated
