මම පස්සේ දැක්කා lgbt ගැන කෙනෙක් අහපු එකට ඔයාල කිව්ව දේවල්. ඇත්තට ම අපේ රටේ නීතියෙන් gay lesbian දෙකට ම ප්‍රශ්න තියෙනවා according to section 365. උසාවියට ඉදිරිපත් කලොත් සමහර විට මානුශීයව සලකලා නිදහස වෙන වෙලාවල් තියෙනවා සමහර විට දඩුවම් ලැබෙනවා. ඒක ඉන්න lawyersලා judgeලා මත තමයි වෙන්නේ. උසාවියෙන් නිදහස් කරයි කියලා හිතුනොත් පොලිසි වලින් උසාවි දාන්නේ නැතුව ලග තියෙන සල්ලි ඔක්කොම කඩාගෙන සමහර විට abuse නුත් කරලා එලියට දාන වෙලාවල් තියෙනවා. ඒ විදියට සංවිධානාත් මකව පොලිසිය සිවිල් පිට ගිහින් පබ්ලික් ටොයිලට් වගේ තැන් වල, gay පිරිමි ලමයි lgbt අය ගැවසෙන ngo and supportive places වගේ තැන් අවට ඉන්න වෙලාවල් තියෙනවා ඔය වැඩේ කරන්න ම.පාරේ s,x කරන්න ඕන නෑ ඒකට. අතින් අල්ලන් හිටියත් ඇති. gay කියලා දැන ගත්තත් ඇති සමලිංගික අයට මිනිස්සු දන්නවට වඩා ප්‍රශ්න තියෙනවා.ඒ උනාට මිනිස්සු කියවන්නේ පාරේ යන ප්‍රයිඩ් පැරඩ් ගැනයි netflix එකේ පෙන්නන ෆිල්ම් වල lgbt scene තියෙන ඒවයි තමයි. trans අයට නීතියෙන් ප්‍රශ්නයක් නැති උනත් පොලිසිවලින් section 365, 399 ( penal code misuse karanawa) යටතේ හිරිහැරයට ලක් කරනවා. සමහර වෙලාවට බැදලා ඉන්න trans couples වලට හිරිහැර කරන වෙලාවල් තියෙනවා homosexual විවාහ විදියට වැරදි අර්ථකතන දීලා. trans පිරිමි ලමයි trans ගෑනු ලමයි bi \ lesbian ගෑනු ලමයි අම්මලා තාත්තලගේ අනුමැතිය ඇතුවම abuse, rape වෙනවා. මේව කොච්චර නම් වෙනවද සතිකට කීයක් වෙනවද කියලා දන්නේ lgbt community එකේ ඉන්න අය විතරයි ඉතින්. මේවා ගැන awareness එක දෙන්න ගියාම අනිත් මිනිස්සු හිතන් ඉන්නේ අපි lgbt බෝ කරන්න හදනවා කියලා. ඒ ප්‍රශ්නෙ අහපු කෙනාට ඕන වෙන්න ඇත්තෙත් ලංකාවේ ලගදී ගියපු pride month celebrations වලටයි කොරියාවේ ටියෙන gl bl film culture එකටයි මොනව හරි කියලා කුනු රසේ අවුස්සන එක වෙන්න පුලුවන්. මොකද මේ දවස් වල homophobic, transphobic කට්ටිය පිස්සු වැටිලා ඉන්නේ lgbt අයව criminalize කරලා තියෙන sections අයින් කරන්න කියලා amendment එකක් ගේන්න උත්සහ කරන එකට.ආ තව transgender අයට සමහර ජොබ්ස් වලට යන්නත් බෑ, සමහර අධ්‍යාපනික ආයතන වල ඉගන ගන්න දෙන්නේ නෑ. gay lesbian අයටත් ඒ දේවල් වෙන්න පුලුවන් ඒ තැන් වල බලය තියෙන පුද්ගලයන්ගේ attitudesවලට අනූව. අපට තියෙන ප්‍රශ්න ගැන කියන්න ගියොත් ඉවරයක් වෙන්නේ නෑ. අපිට මූලික අයිතිවාසිකම් වත් නැති රටක අපි ඉන්නේ. ඒව ලැබෙනවටත් ගොඩක් අය කැමති නෑ මෙහෙ.😕බොරු ඕන නෑ මම නම් ඉගන ගන්නෙ ම මම මේ රටේ ඉන්න අකමැති නිසා. ඒක අපේ රටේ lgbt community එකට පොදු දෙයක්. වෙන රටවල් වල මිනිස්සුන්ගේ ආකල්ප ලොකු වෙනසක් නෑ කියලා දන්නවා එහෙම උනත් මේ රටේ වගේ නීතිය ඉස්සරහත් අපි අසරණ නෑ ඒ රටවල් වල. මොකද මෙහේ තියෙන්නේ එක පාරට කඩා පැනලා අපිව කූඩුවට ඇදන් යන්න පුලුවන් විදියේ culture එකක්. ඒව ප්‍රසිද්ධියේ කියන්නේ නැති උනාට ගොඩක් අයට වෙලා තියෙනවා. මාව නම් පොලිසියට ඇදන් ගියේ අපේ ගෙදර අයමයි😑

දෙයියෝ සාක්කි! මෙහෙම ඒවා වෙනවා කියලා මම දැනන් හිටියෙත් නෑ. I honestly don't understand why people can't see other people as human beings and respect them without bullying them for who they are! It's not like we live for centuries. Why so much hatred! I understand that in the 20th century LGBTQ was labeled as mental illnesses and people went to great lengths to "cure" it. But this is the 21st century and the WHO even announced it's NOT an illness or a disease. So if a hater is reading this comment, Live Love Laugh! (That's my principle of living) Focus on your life rather than judging another person's right to live the way they want. Democracy!
