Permit me to say I find your voice calm, soothing, and informative without the least bit of arrogance detected. Maybe it is because I am 59 years of age and familiar with the degree of professionalism displayed from all of my years of employment back home in NYC, but I must commend you not for these useful tips alone but the manner in which they are presented, clear, precise and encompassed by a voice that makes the lessons easy to comprehend and far less intimidating than other turorials. Thank you...

Agree. Some tutors are a way too fast and make simple things to sound much more complex. Intonation, speed of the explanation, and a lot of other details make a huge difference! Thanks
Superb presentation, great to see many of things improved in the latest versions. Much tedious VBA work can be now done directly in the cells. Thanks for the tutorial!
All Excel training videos should be like this! So clear, concise and easy to understand. Thanks for helping me step up my Excel knowledge to a new level.

Your Excel videos have been great fun! I'm retired and past "working age" and I've learned a lot I wish I had know before now! I still use Excel for a lot of things - household, travel, etc. but my knowledge is basic. I want to try so many of these Tips and Tricks! Right now I'm preparing spreadsheets for 2020 tax purposes and I'm trying hard to match what I have to what you show and how I might use them. EOY is always such fun.....🙄 Thanks for having a great learning site to go to for the best learning experiences!

Hello, thanks for the great tips. I wanted to mention that you can also use flash fill to arrange names in a different order as well as add commas etc. For instance, | joe smith | can be turned into: | smith, joe | by typing it that way. When you go to start typing the next name, flash fill recognizes you want the last name first, a comma, a space and then the first name last.

and u can make it dynamic... by making a named range for example RangeName then and use =indirect(RangeName) for the source of the dropdown list (or just use a row that u generate dinamically) so for example u can make a dropdown list to select a continent, then in an other cell u can do a dynamic validating of the countries from that continent, cool isnt it :)
