The good witch and the little girl from the first movie they are both were wearing black and red

I noticed when the man asks the sisters at the fair, if they’re looking for the stage, someone behind him is dressed as the skeletons from the skeleton band in the party from the first hocus pocus movie

Has anyone else wondered if those caramel apples the mayor is obsessed with have some type of potion in it that makes him so nice? Since his ancestor was an awful person, maybe instead of taking the whole bloodline out, a witch cast a spell for them to be nice people..overly nice lol I kept waiting for a reasoning as to why he was SO obsessed with the apples.

1] In regards to the "Rotten To The Core" shot, I think it would've been so cute and funny, if one of the sisters, upon noticing the second line on the banner, said, ""Who couldest ask for more" as a way to sort of finish the "Descendants" lyric. 2] A rumor has been going around that the sequel novel, which introduces fans to the fourth Sanderson sister, Elizabeth, could serve as the basis for a third film. If/When that happens, the powers that be at Disney could add a twist to this part of the plot, tying it into the popular fan-theory you mentioned about Alison. They could make her a blood-relative of Elizabeth Sanderson. While her "ancestor" rejected the practicing of magic altogether, Alison could've decided to use it for GOOD, rather than EVIL, which would tie even further into the "Descendants" theme. If I had a favorite moment from Hocus pocus it definitely be when Dani called Winifred ugly. And that was Dani's mistake. Tha biggest mistake that Dani had ever made. Dani not knowing that she would pay for calling Winifred ugly later on in the film. That is why people say think about what your about to say before you say it. It's like when they say be careful what you wish for. But in this case it's more like be careful what you say. because you never know how someone will respond to you or respond to what you say.

I got to talk with Doug Jones Billy Butcherson, and the actress who plays young Mary in the past 2 weeks! I love this movie, I no joke think I've watched it about 20+ times. Like 2 times a day, I love it, was born on Halloween so it's just my vibe and comfort movie!

Right away I noticed that the Front Dani looks a lot like winne and notice that winne and Dani both have an e sound at the end

I noticed when the sandersons sisters died they died just like how they did in the first movie when they said goodbye to Winnifred

In the dancing crowd there’s also a woman dressed as Madonna like Max and Dani’s mom in the first movie. There’s a scene in which Winnie is looking into a house and see’s a couple watching Hocus Pocus and it’s the seen with Gary and Penny Marshall and then you see sitting on a bench a couple that are dressed like their characters from the movie.

The song at the beginning of the movie is the exact same song beat with lyrics changed from Netflix The chilling adventures of Sabrina The song was called “straight to Hell”. And the song the Sanderson sisters sing is also done in the 90’s tv show Sabrina the teenage witch. So it seems they got a lot of inspiration from the Sabrina series for Hocus Pocus 2

i also spotted the ursula reference! i thought it was a tiktok logo at first, though.

@@maddalonefarms my head canon is either 1. The book has been handed down from witch to witch by Satan, so when a Witch finds someone with potential, they convert them. Or 2. They assumed the Devil would be able to help them locate the book. I would say that yes it’s a retcon in a sense, but an easily excusable one

Has anyone else saw that there is a girl wearing the same costume as Max's and Danny's moms costume and if anybody wondered what happened to everyone who was bewitched in the first movie

I have one similar, no gemstones, given to me years ago, before the original Hocus Pocus, by a practicing Witch in Salem on Halloween night. The moon symbol and the spirals represent the phases of a woman's life: maiden, mother, crohn.

I think when the girls was walking like the witches they looked like them because becca and izzy one of them look like Mary and the other one like Winny and the other friend looked like Sarah

Oh yea It’s not Hocus pocus two but it’s the first movie is another little nod to witches were burned so in the first movie with Max Allison and Dani trap the witches and they said it on fire
