We can get protien frm many source. But protien with 9amino acid is what we need. For eg cherupayar has a of protien in it but wont help in muscle growth. Bcs it does not has 9essential amino acid. It only contains some. So we need to mix other food with cherupayar in such a way that a scoop of diff foods together should contain 45g or more protien. Im talking about vegitarians. When it omes to fish and Chicken it contains all essential anino acid. So 45g means it contails all amino acidsor 45g protein .

It's not same as raw, They are the byproducts left after extracting soybean oil. Its full of polyunsaturated fats, proteins and omega 3 fatty acids. 100g of uncooked soya chunks have - 345 calories with 52 grams of protein, 0.5 grams total fat, 33 grams carbohydrates and 13 grams dietary fibre.
