I am 47 and only just discovered for myself through a lot of videos and research that I have a thyroid problem and adrenal fatigue and can’t have gluten or dairy or anything non organic and that’s just the start. Every day I’m in tears and hungry due to being scared of what I can or can’t eat and triggering my fatigue or bloating in my stomach. At this rate I’m going to end up dead either through lack of food or stress and depression

If you drink organic milk and cheese, you will be ok as the cow is grass fed, but most farm feeds are gluten and chicken feed is gluten, I was still getting sick from them till I swapped to grass fed and organic, and butter made from vegetables, thought this might help someone ❤

@RebeccaHall Hang in there. 💪 You should still see a doctor to make sure of your condition, and get advice to improve it. Also, look into mindfulness. It keeps you focused on the moment you're in now, so you're not wishing you were in the past or overthinking your future negatively. Also find things that you are grateful for every day, and that will help to keep you from getting depressed. ✌️

Iam having Hypothyridsm since 12 years. It is better to avoid all wheat products and have little amount of rice in your meals .because rice is gluten free which is most important to treat thyroid issues. And also include fruits and vegetables

It’s hard shopping for GF food , the labeling is terrible, the writing is too small or on shiny paper labels you can’t read, it’s like there hiding something.. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Gluten free foods should have a large GF on them. Some of the labels say gluten not detected, others don’t say anything regarding gluten so you’re left wondering. I’ve even rung companies , that haven’t been sure, and they have to find out from someone more in the know. More should be done to protect the consumer.
