low fat is unhelathy and dangerous! you never get full no matter jow much you crave and all the proteine ( and possibly combined ro crabs) is processed to metabolic carbs! no joke,,,eat fat and loose weight, fell full and firgett veggie shit or low fat!

The only problem is phytic icid.
The problem with salmon is most are farm fed and probably more harmful to you and veg needs to be organic and not covered in a cocktail of pesticides.

I’m 43, for the last 5 yes I’ve been enjoying mine with banana, strawberries, blueberries and crushed almonds.
I prefer to take the natural ground powder and just sprinkle a little bit rather than taking the supplement which I don’t think it’s absorbed as easily
Hello there! I started using turmeric because I find if I had a little sprinkle to my avocado and hummus with a little Himalayan salt and MCT oil and black pepper of course to allow digestion I can barely taste turmeric. So that’s my recipe for now I usually have an avocado a day.
Fantastic video! Just a quick question - how many grams of fresh blueberries should one consume on a daily basis? I am wanting to consume it on an empty stomach in the morning before a workout. Please guide :)

I love sunny side up eggs with "fake" burgers. Burger bun, salad, dressing, beef carbonnade, sunny egg, ketchup and top bun. Make sure the top bun does not destroy the sunny egg until you hold it and bite down on it. Giving you a special and amazing taste experience when the egg yoke mixes with the rest of the "burger".

do not just eat oats. mixing anything is the way to live healthy life. there are many variations for protein sources, same with fibers, carbs, fats. dont stick with just one. change them daily.
