Wassup bro, I have a interview with the Union on Tuesday. I’ve been plumbing for 7 years only in residential, I’m kinda skeptic about it lol

Congrats! You have your license already? And sure there are things that aren't perfect. It's a system like anything else. But unions for the trades or for health care is the only way competitive wages happen and you will always make more in the trades as a union hand. Let me know how it goes.

@@JoonRhee no bro sad thing is that my last employer never educated me on getting my license. I’ve done everything by code and read the code book but they never had an apprentice program. And they never made me get a journeyman’s license either .. I had to get educated on this by my own.. had to quit on them cuz of this.. I believe they were just gate keeping …

Thanks Benrick! Finding that answer can be hard and simple. I honestly just asked myself how much I would be content with making and tried pursuing careers for that and found myself here. But I am sure I am simplifying a quest that is far more intrict than a comment:) thanks for the love!
