1. Put more power to your behind the back dribbles. 2. Make sure you do it legally. 3. Leaning forward, not backward while dribbling behind your back. 4. Get your hands down low, as low as possible. 5. Don't do behind the back move if your position is far from your defender. That's just showoff :) You're welcome.

This video is really useful. My backdribble has been on these mistakes all the time. Thank you.But when dribbling, it's always bad to control the ball. Maybe it's because the hand is small
THANKS MAN!!! i fr had problems in games when i would do behind the back you taught me i just need more force so i can actually catch the ball
Keep it up coach! You have very helpful stuff.
Really helpful coach thanks it was the only dribble that I hadn't been doing correctly for a long time
Wow this made me realise my normal handling mistakes THANKS SO MUUUUCH!!! I feel like a noob now xD

Thanks for this breakdown. I coached kids (will do again when I have 25 spare hours a week-ha ha) - and now coach adults. Got some pals that love the game, but are late-learners. I was struggling to explain this very stuff. You have shown it expertly. Thanks yo-
I like the way that you are showing the bad habits. Really helpful
Dude. This video help me a ton. Behind the back is the move I struggle with the most. I lose control with my receiving hand a lot and I already am feeling more confident from these techniques. Thanks a ton.

Practice your handles by dribbling with both hands in one spot without moving your legs. Do that with dribbling in front of you, between the legs behind the back and keep switching. It helps a lot

Should I only do one and also how many times a week I should do them? Also how could I balance skill work with these and how many tines should I do those? For in season and off season tips Thank you Keep it up with the videos as well man💪💯🏀

Sometimes my dribble is fast and I still do behind the back. THANKS FOR THE TIPS.

Can you make a video on how to make corner shots
Uff gracias bro.

I don't even know English but I understood this man perfectly in everything excellent coach 😂
I have a quesiton. When I dribble behind my back, let's say I use my left hand and push it to my right hand, I often have the ball hits the back of my right thigh. If I try to dribble the ball lower, sometimes my right hand could not catch the ball. Any suggestion?
Really good advice. Iam 11 and I have master a behind the back
