The best way is to boil it if it don't rise and just bubble its bad.. This is a good way of testing milk thats partially bad

But it's naturally thicker, with foam, and small bubbles, but I tried the baking soda test, and it passed!❤ Thank you! I left milk overnight and I wanted to challenge myself and drink it but luckily I tried this and it quickly discouraged me to see all that white gue :) Edit: That is the microwave method I'm speaking of 2:30

My great grandma cooked with expired buttermilk for years. It would be 6-10 months past the expiration date and it was fine. We still cook with expired buttermilk to this very day. We don’t use it often so a half gallon may last us 6-8 months in the fridge. Just shake it up one every 2 weeks and keep it cold. The dairy in wants to scare you into buying more for a profit, by telling you it will hurt you. The truth about buttermilk is that it was created to preserve milk before refrigeration for longer amounts of time.

I’ve been getting a lot of funny tasting milk from my corner shop lately. Like, every time I go there, it’s bad. Also, my dad drops in once a week and sometimes he’ll pick one up from a petrol station on his way and they will also taste bad, 9 times out of 10. The only place I seem to be able to get normal milk is the supermarket. So I was wondering if the milk from the corner shop + petrol station was always spoiled or if maybe it’s just the different brand tasting different?

I swear to god if I didn’t use the milk for a long time that haven’t gone bad yet I will not drink it because last time I drink bad milk I throw up I didn’t even know it was bad I’m surprise I’m not dead yet

with the baking soda test. . one or two very tiny bubbles right after pouring it is probably normal for fresh milk right?

In method #4, the fresh milk on the left is way more yellow than the sour milk on the right. Unless you got them confused.

I Left milk in the fridge with no power for nearly 12 hours, I've made all of this test and seems to be normal according this video. Will still be safe? (Not band odor, looks liquid and white when heating)

I would probably still consume it from how you described it. Was the fridge closed the entire time when the power was off?

I have one question, But what if it’s expired and it smells good? This happened to me and a family member and my family member said “but it smells good?” Should I drink it or what?

👍 how old was the milk you used in the video, and can you die when you drink it?

I doubt you would die. If milk is really bad most likely you would spit it out before you swallowed it.

way 1 drink it and realise its gone spoiled bc u start throughing up

If you know got very freeze in here you may should check it so if you see this for happening then check it video

Idk why but every time I drink milk even if it good I just have a weird after taste and end up throwing up

my milk was just on the edge so it just left a slight bad after taste in my mouth when i got done eating cereal

I came here when I found built up cream on my full cream milk, but there's no foul/sour smell nor taste to it

Mine looks like bad milk in test no.5 without even putting it in the microwave so I'm guissing that's a no go even if it hasn't reached its exiration date yet. XD

If it wasn’t sealed I’d return it to the store. Someone might have tempered with the milk.

I mix an uht milk and non uht milk and it has soury like yogurt what is that mean??

One time When I made a bowl of cereal The milk was floating on top of the cereal. I was wondering what happened. The cereal was inspired. And sometimes I do a stupid and put the milk before the cereal

Just found i out that my milk is expired by doing step 2 aka tasting it but it’s actually not sour it just tastes like metal

My dad is still getting the milk 😮

Put it in the microwave for 2 min if it turns to watery cottage cheese that smells bad it's bad

mine smells like babybell cheese and taste like yogurt its lik a nice smeel of cheese and taste like yogurt and i'm drinking it rn hope i dont get sick lol

i dont think the one on the right during the third one is milk o-o

To the microwave it is

One more tip as soon as you buy your milk if you add a teaspoon of salt and shake it really good and leave it back in your fridge it will last two times longer after it's expiration date

All right....my milk passed both tests I was willing to try (baking soda & microwave)....If you lied to me & I end up with a mouthful of sour milk...I'll at bare minimum create 20 KZread accounts & dislike this video with all 20 of em.....but if it's good then Ill tell my children of you.....
