Man, I’m new to boxing and I feel like you were speaking DIRECTLY TO ME! In the few sessions I’ve had, I can already relate to every damn thing you said: taking too long, thinking, anticipating, throwing one shot, backing off, losing shape then trying to gain it back, etc. Really appreciate the video. There isn’t a best as such, I haven’t tried every skipping rope in the world but if you just try a basic one that should do the job. You could spend under £10 easy on a rope
