In this video, I go over 5 of the most important traits that make a high value man. You’ll realize that just because a man has money, does not mean he is high value.. contrary to popular belief. Thank you so much for watching and comment something that you consider a trait of a high value man!

Putting yourself first is so important. I'm 55 and it took me many years to truly understand that. The fact that you really "get it" at your age is impressive. Making sure that I'm the best version of myself allows me to be the best employee, friend, partner, to others.

@Tim Nichols Yes I agree to a degree. I’m the same age and stage in life. It leads to stepping up and being a role model for your children, grandchildren etc. A wise man once told me, “live so you’ll be missed when your time has come”. Putting yourself first is a fine balance. Sometimes you have to put others first. I suppose that is the challenge.

I would substitute her Self care with achieving difficult things. If you see a woman that you think is out of your league, put that negative energy into working your plan. If a woman rejects you. Don’t call her a bitch; nope. Work your plan. Bethe man you intend to be, and eventually, she would be lucky to date you. Note that the essential skill is this delayed gratification. Blesss you dudes as you strive.

The best advice I've ever gotten is that getting a relationship is not a chasing game, you have to improve yourself first, and then you attract more people. Dating in a way is a form of self-improvement

A high value woman in my opinion is not manipulative, has her shit straight(is not looking to be saved), takes care of herself, is comfortable in her own shoes, is successful at what she does and always learning new things especially ones that challenge her. Oo man! Let me know when she walks in. 👍

A high valué woman is a woman who can direct a governors dinner party, knows how to socialize in high class, increases your business through her networking, helping out (knowing your business when to obtain more supplies, having all your staff ready for something, knowing when to inform you of your stock etc...) wants you to succeed and will push you towards it. The relationship you have with yourself is directly dependent on the relationship you had with your mom or dad as they are the really template to which you compare any other man and women for the rest of your life. Obviously, this isn't a conscious decision but a subtle subconscious decision stemming from past trauma and coping mechanisms. Determine what attachment style you are first, and then you can improve your relationships.

@Dan Swildens Your problem is that you can't look at the women as a whole. You take one characteristic and make it as the whole personallity is based only on that - "the nature" girl, " the materialistic " girl, "the smart" girl... Man are never described like that. @mrcartoon621

In terms of number 4, you dont want a woman thinking she can take control of you and the relationship, if she feels that she is in control she will lose respect for you as the man. Iff she loses respect for you she aint going to get turned on by you. Most women like a man who they feel is higher up than they are, not in an abusive controlling way thats not what I mean, but they still get turned on by a man who they respect, and they will not respect you if she thinks she can take control.

Boundaries and Authenticity are 100% - for me - the key. I was always the "yes" guy. My colleagues knew that if they presented the issue in a certain way that I would take it off their plate (with no care in the world as to what I had ALREADY on my plate). That has changed. Well, is changing. I am not perfect. Authenticity - aka, your relationship with YOU - is very important as well. What does your internal dialogue look like? Mine is not always so great. But....working on that. If someone speaks unkindly to themselves....well, there is work to do. As always, Courtney, you are killing it. Job well done.
What I had gathered from this is you can't believe the negativity in your life. Even when it comes from loved ones who are just trying to "protect" you. You have to remain true to YOURSELF and to not allow yourself to become lost. I know this to be true now because I've gone through precisely that.
Great advice Courtney. I'm Quinn, a Doctoral student in Psychology who had issues with self-worth in the past. It is nice to see that high-value is not a simply of what material wealth someone has. Keep up the good work and I'll keep watching!

Evaluating myself, I'm alright with authenticity(except when I fear I might offend people), emotional intelligence, integrity & always being open to learning (but of course there's always room for improvement), I think my self love/care is the area I need to work on, as I commit too much in life and am a bit short when it comes to taking care of myself!

Natural beauty - low sexual partner count and respects her body as being sacred - classy and elegant (this is a super rare one in 2021) - well thought out and not just a hedonistic emotional ostrich jumping from one impulse to the next - has a few close girl friends and has great relationships with them. Doesn't hang out with tons of guys or her ex boyfriends - willing to put her phone away and be fully present during a conversation - not on tinder and all the other dating sites.
A high value woman to me is a girl who holds herself in high regard. She values her relationships and is honest and forthcoming towards the people she cares about. She’s kind and sharing. She is comfortable in her own skin and doesn’t resort to playing games and/or manipulating situations. She cares about her appearance but is not too bougie or high maintenance. I can go on and on...🤣🤣
I'm happily married but your chanell has helped me be more attractive to my wife. I'm learning so much about how women think, what they need and what attracts them about men. Thank you so much. Its like I started dating all over again.
I think this one is one of your best videos. Absolute complete honesty and excepting someone for their good, their bad and their in between 100% is the number one trait I’m looking for in a woman. I think the Song (I Didn’t Know)by Sofia Carson is a good depiction of what love should look like.
emotional intelligence hit a cord with me in this video, everything else is ok
A woman here trying to learn more about male psychology. Dear men, you guys rock!

Love me a fine lady in faith. ✝️
Wow! That made me feel like you just dusted off my shoulders and straightened my collar and said, "there, now you're ready." Thank you for the brilliant insights.
The first four are good points. I totally agree with number five. You need to constantly learn something new. I read a lot, watch documentaries, take courses, and always try to learn new words. Travel to other countries also helps. This helps with developing literacy and a person's worldview. You're also able to have empathy for others.

@@weirdchannel4428 Try your best, a bunch of those traits should come naturally and you can work on whatever traits you want, you don't have to do all of those things, I certainly don't.

Hey bro, I LOVE your points. :=) You seem to help people a lot with this but if you also include how they can get there, you can even help them even more ;)

@@howmathematicianscreatemat9226 Thanks for the feedback. Some of the things mentioned do require a deeper explanation, maybe I'll make a series of KZread videos on it. A lot of those traits are "inner game" or personality traits a person adopts for himself. Stuff like: Never brags, sincere/kindness, lack of jealously, in your own headspace... all that stuff can be achieved by simple meditation/reflection and just choosing to start behaving that way. Think, reflect, then start being that way. Some things are harder to do than others. I used to find it very difficult to approach a beautiful girl in the past, but I've slowly chipped away and worked on it and I am much more comfortable talking to random girls now. I don't do everything on this list but look back at it and work on things I need to improve on.
Phenomenal video, well thought out, articulated in a concise and meaningful manner. Bravo

5 Traits Of A High Value Man | Courtney Ryan 0:55 #1 Authenticity 3:55 #2 Emotional Intelligence 5:37 #3 Self Love / Care 7:19 #4 Integrity 8:36 #5 Always Learning Didn't realize you put Chapters in the "Show more" Key moments, Courtney! I didn't see chapters when hovering over the timeline. Really appreciate timestamps since it makes the video so much easier to watch. Great to see you doing it in your newer uploads!
I just found this channel and Courtney is awesome. I think you have to love yourself first, before you can love someone else.
I've been achieving self-love a lot since my girlfriend left me.
I don't know why but I actually cracked some tears.. probably because I remembered how hard I had to work to get these qualities with 25. You make good videos and you are a very charismatic, Down To Earth-Woman. Thank you for giving us good guys hope that not all women are crazy. 🤣😅

They really are.all crazy, just some more so than others. I'm sure Courtney can get crazy. I can see it in her eyes.
Really good advice, and refreshing to hear this because many think that a high value person is someone in the top 1%.
I literally was going to say as well how great that thumbnail is. A humble high value man at that too.
