Folks, make sure you put black pepper into your dishes that have turmeric. The black pepper make the health compounds in the spice more bio-available.

My considerable internet research has finally paid off and recognized with extremely good facts to exchange with my friends and the world. Medical Doctors and Dermatologists said (HSV 1&2, Herpes zosters) do not have a medical cure because the virus is capable of hiding within the human cells. it remains protected from your immune system. Herpes isn't an incurable virus! your immune system has the tools to fight it back. But because it is able to lay dormant in protected cells, your immune system is unable to remove it from your body, But with strong reactive herbal medication, it is capable of getting rid of the virus gradually and totally from your body without any side effects, natural herbs kill the virus totally not just reducing the outbreaks. I just got my test result today after 7 days of using the herbal Medication and it came out Negative to both HSV 1&2.im so delighted I recommend this to anyone suffering from herpes virus. You can get natural Herbal Medication from Dr. Aloha contact him through his email: Alohaherbalhome@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1(202)871-3222.

Hi Chris, what do you think about the hypertrophy-blunting effects of anti-inflammatory activities and substances (such as ice baths or NSAIDs) and how does it apply on a lower level to anti-inflammatory foods? Is there a specific window of time in which inflammation is necessary for hypertrophic response?

He said put Salt on Spinach with Olive Oil, Doctors say to patients with inflammation to avoid salts at all costs, especially with inflammation on legs. Why? because Salt Clogs the veins and stops blood flow. Hence why old folks used to say if your bleeding from fallen tooth risne mouth with salt and water.. it sure does stop the bleeding in minutes, but yeah I stopped video at add salt, wrong advice for people with inflammation which possibly be a result of other issues in like in the lungs, liver, feet inflammation due to water retained in body. (groceries have enough salt, just stay away from salt and sugar it will swell you up worse.) Check your Cholesterol levels with a Doctor and if your taking medications do research to see if it could be the cause. High Sodium foods is also not good. Food in America is just plain rigged for health issues.

Salt raises blood pressure. If you have high blood pressure, avoid salt. If you have low blood pressure, eat more salt. It's really that simple.

I add a only salt and herbs to season such as basil, rosemary, oregano because I cannot use all other seasoning at the moment, but I think its fine because my blood pressure is optimum. Pepper is at the top of things that cause havoc, but I might just be sensitive or allergic to it.
