Usually I have given speech like 10-15 times in school.....What I do is take a deep breath which relax my mind and helps my body to relax.....Also I never stand nervously....For the first time....Thanks!For the great video.

Tomorrow is my speech and after i see this video i understand how to attract everyone to you

1.First 90 sec and Last 90 sec matters. 2.Give meaningful examples and story so that audience could relate to you. 3. Body posture - Stand Up properly, chin up, back straight. 4. Don't look down, do not turn your back in public. 5. Have confidence.
