Thank you so much for this video! I'm about to relocate to Sterling for a job, what would you say it's the minimum or average salary to make a comfortable living there? Also do you think I can enjoy living there without a car? Your points in the video really gave me a much deeper insights!

Thank you so watching the video. Depends on the lifestyle you can manage within the average salary. We don't have walkability like downtown DC but we do have the Loudoun Transit bus service for mobility. I will be happy to further discuss and guide you on different options in the Sterling area.

We are a family of 3 with a new born baby and only my husband will be the earning person. If you are willing to drive that far you could find a place in one of the towns on the West side of Leesburg and live a much more rural lifestyle.
