  Moved to Leesburg in 2003. It was great then, but it grew and grew and grew and now it has bad traffic and some nasty people probably from New York. We left. If you want a nicer area move further out to Steven City.

  or rent. we learned the hard way that centreville, va, is very loud if you are right under the landing path. thus, we are having to move so we can sleep again. it goes on all night and day.

  @@RituDesai thanks, the hubby and i found a few, and our realtor will show them to us thursday. it may be a blessing in disguise as there are other problems with this area, particularly, neighbors, and some crime as well, like a shooting just a block away, lol.

  If you are willing to drive that far you could find a place in one of the towns on the West side of Leesburg and live a much more rural lifestyle.

  Great points and I agree 100%. I even have put one of my properties on the market. I just feel that the longer I wait, the more the Fed will raise rates and hurt the real estate market.

  Thank you so watching the video. Depends on the lifestyle you can manage within the average salary. We don't have walkability like downtown DC but we do have the Loudoun Transit bus service for mobility. I will be happy to further discuss and guide you on different options in the Sterling area.
