About 4 uears ago I won an enormous lot of costume jewelry at an online auction. Probably 40lbs or more of tangled up items. Most of it was unknown to me. I was new to costume jewelry and was looking for gold and silver and names I knew. I put all of the big "clunky ugly monstrous costume necklaces, brooches, bracelets and earrings" in one huge box. Probably 20-30 matching sets. I even listed the brand names of the items. Didn't do any research of them and sold it on ebay for maybe $85. I was so excited to get the out of my workspace. Until one day I realised what I had done. I'm still traumatized. 😂 There were what I now know are Juliana, Schreiner, Trifari, Vendome, etc.....

ugh! ya live and you learn. I had a set of cast iron skillet pans, from the tiny one on up graduated sizes to two giant one needing two arms to haul out of the cabinet for use. Having used them as a child helper in my mom's kitchen, washing and putting them away I hated them. So, a decade later, after they'd been relegated outside to the shed, I put them out with the trash on trash day. I prob threw out $5000 worth of cook pans that day. Lots more goofs to tell, We've all done it.
