5 Tennis Ball Exercises for Coordination, Reflexes and Fun (1 Tennis Ball)

Here are some exercises you can do with just 1 tennis ball. These exercises are working your hand-eye coordination, spacing, rhythm, reflexes and much more.
Try these exercises with timed intervals, for example for 1-minute x 2 sets, and see how you progress. There's also a little workout guide at the end you can screenshot to use. Keep moving!
