5 SURE FIRE WAYS TO PREVENT ADHESION... THE GLUE IN YOUR MUSCLES THAT CAUSES YOUR PAIN!
Do you suffer from pain in your muscles and/or nerves that massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, MDs, etc have not been able to find you an answer for?
Most likely, these pains come from adhesion, the glue that builds up in your muscles from overuse and/or trauma. This glue traps and prevents your muscles and nerves from gliding the way they're supposed to, which causes symptoms. They also cause you muscles from stretching and lengthening the way they should, and it diminishes their capacity. One way to tell is with stretching. Do you stretch, stretch, and stretch and never get any long lasting results? Chances are, it's because there's adhesion causing them to stay that way.
With that being said, once you have adhesion and it becomes a problem, only a skilled specialist in adhesion removal can get you relief. BUT, there are ways to prevent adhesion whether you already have a high amount or not... and here are the tips that can save you from not only diminished athletic performance but an entry into chronic pain!

I had it all over my entire body to various degrees and it was wrecking havoc on my nerves. It made my life hell, I basically couldn’t work anymore. Doctors didn’t catch or treat it, just kicked the can down the road with pills and generic PT that did next to nothing. I had to do the research on my own while severely depressed and sleep deprived and just happened to figure it out, saving my own life. I don’t mean that as a sort of one-up, just trying to illustrate how nasty this stuff can be and still be overlooked/ignored by doctors

I wish it was possible. Our doctors can't remove it on themselves. You need an external force to provide it and get enough leverage.

@@drchrisstepien I knew it. I researched the internal effects of electricity in the body on the musculoskeletal system. If a person survives the shock, the effects internally can either be immediate, or in my case, several years according to the research I read. One thing I do know. Knowing the type of trauma a person encountered can help the therapist understand what might be wrong. This is why I've told you my issue is from an electric shock incident.
