    How often do you wash(and why will your scalp get irritated or can you go many days without washing will it itch very bad if the hair is greasy)and with what products(are they made for greasy,or dry hair with sulphates or without are they with or without fragrance)are you dandruff free or having a dry scalp are you taking any supplements in the moment or have you taken any in the last few years?when did your problem start?

    I wake up at 9:00 am and eat break fast at around 10:00 am in break fast I eat brown bread with tori subzi or some other which is made , in lunch with same subzi I eat one roti with four to five pieces of cucumber sometimes two piece tomato and sometimes curd one katori at 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm sometimes, and in dinner Brown bread with left over subzi of lunch at 9:00 or 10:00 am sometimes , no time fixed .

    Egg yolks, salmon,pork, mushrooms, rice are the top foods in biotin and contain no anti nutrients unlike some of the foods mentioned in this video. Also eat lots of gelatine- make bone broth or jelly

    Mam I also suffered with hair thinning and approached many hair clinics and lost much money result is in vain. They suggested me minoxidil tablets and shampoo daily head bath as a result all my hairs turned grey. My mom suggested to use curry leaves paste now my hair is looking thick and improvement is seen clearly thank god

    @@sukhkaur9677 take curry leaves dry it in hot sun for many days until it become fine powder. Then store in a tight container. Apply it with coconut oil every day. After every 4 days wash your hair with juice of fresh curry leaves and onion. Afterwards use any mild shampoo for head bath. With in one month you can observe thick hair follicles. Definitely u will be happy😊

    Nothing to worry you have age to grow more... make your head full shave and use the natural shampoo and conditioner and intake foods what are all make a hair to grow...take 1 teaspoon of curry leaves powder and whole boiled one egg daily note(daily) and massage your scalp daily in inversion method before going to bed....❤

    Skip the oil. Oil makes me shed too, but massaging with my hands or a wooden bristle brush while doing the inversion method for one week a month helped me a ton
