The thing that’s helped me the most with handling stress is the book “The upside of stress” especially learning about the tend-and-befriend stress response ! When we have this response the body releases oxytocin which suppresses the release of adrenaline(and maybe helps with acne? I’m not sure though !)

I stress a lot about literally everything and it’s really hard for me not too but also the fact that I’m starting high school in less than a week is making it worse. Also I work at McDonald’s and grease tends to visibly build up on my skin from being around all of the deep fryers and stuff which is not helpful lol. I am a teenager and go through puberty still though so I can’t expect very good skin but recently I have been breaking out way more than usual.

I am in my 40`s and just began with adult acne. It got seriously bad!! I didn`t experience acne before. After applying this acne guide *AcneCureOnline. Com* for 2 weeks, I observe obvious effects. I am trying this treatment for 2 months now and have become comfortable once again. .

I am enjoying your channel a great deal. That said, I would make the following suggestions: Please make sure that you have at least one person check your graphics (I have noticed a couple of misspellings in each episode I have watched). I would also suggest that if you are going to have scientific name that are hard to pronounce, please research the proper pronunciation. I really enjoy your videos and channel!

Salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide is what I am allergic to. Is it possible for you to do a video about natural ways to reduce acne that doesn’t contain these two?

Honey is really great for face masks! It's super versatile and you should be able to find a lot of really easy, great masks online.
