Did you wash off the apple cider vinegar with a cleanser or just water?? The video said to wash first and start off with a clean face. I'm just afraid washing with a cleanser twice in a span of ten minutes will end up stripping my already dry skin of moisture it desperately needs.

My mum is into natural remedies so much in which she has beautiful skin. Tomatoes + Sugar mask is so good for the face. She puts olive oil as a moisturizer every night. An egg white mask....my mum does a lot that is why i am currently taking natural medication for my face that is struggling with acne for almost 5 months by not putting a single chemical in my face. 100% natural. All from mother earth lolz. I'm not even washing my face with anything. Just water, or honey with oats or just oats. Toning my face with Apple cider with water or Rice water, mud mask and facial oil for moisturizer. Imma tell y'all it's going really great 💗 Edit: hi guys! So i got a heads up about the lemon being scrubbed into my face. I know the acid is very strong and bad for the face. And i do it rarely and i immediately wash my face with water after being rubbed by lemon. But that was a year ago and i've learned alot and now my skin is back to clear glass. Thank you for the reminders! ❤

For 1 cup of the drink(which I recommend that amount everytime you drink it), you will need 1&1/4 cup of water, 1 tsp of turmeric, 1/4 of ground pepper, and 1/2 tsp(but since I like ginger I added roughly about 1 tsp or even 1 tbsp) of ground ginger(just chopped it thinly will do). Boil all three of them for 10 minutes and let it sit for 5 minutes then drink it 30 minutes after your meal(s), best 3 times per day so after per meal

  • @lilithlee3731

But if you do that it's quite hard cause of the taste(though it doesn't have flavor just the pepper smell) so I usually make it in big batches and store it in the fridge so I don't have to make it everytime(cause no one has time for that), cause if you store it in your fridge the taste is way better than when you just boiled it(cause of the pepper taste, yuck !)

Added water, lemon juice and honey and it's a lot tastier. Sometime I add ACV in my morning and/or night tea. After drinking it for a week I notice I don't have new pimple everyday and I have more energy during the day. I'll def try it on my skin. Have to get rid of these dark spots!! It's all about the rituals and making it your daily habits.

I shared this video to my mom and she said she used to take the Tumeric Water prepared by my late grandmother as part of her postnatal therapy (usually women in some parts of Asia undergo 40 days of confinement period) after giving birth. This is cool!

Yeppp! It's always better to stroke your skincare in an upwards and outwards direction on the face, it will help with lifting because there's less dragging of the skin 😋Hope this helps, thanks so much for watching and for the comment! - Fel 😘

I have NOT washed or put anything on my face for about the past 2 weeks. My chins clearing up heaps, and i havent seen it so clear in like over a year. My hyperpigmentation, basically gone from my cheeks. Every now and then i get a pimple or blackhead but its nothing compared to the breakouts im used to. I've seen from posts that applying foods such as fruits and veggies on the face isnt good for the skin, but i doubt it. Mother Earth has been providing for us. I'm gonna start going DIY.

Yeah, but speaking as an Asian American, a lot of people separate it. It's no big deal. Nobody acts like the UK and Russia are even remotely close culturally. East Asians and Indians alike usually agree to separate themselves. At least, in my experience.

A little note here: Make sure you first dilute honey with cool water and stir very well until its not as thick anymore! As directly pouring hot water on honey can kill all its benefits so make sure you dissolve it in room-temperature water before adding hot water ;)

I have one for the winter, but maybe this could work all year round. My mom says to soak your feet in hot water with either slices of ginger or a little bit of white vinegar every night helps regulate blood circulation, which prevents you from feeling cold all the time
