Aaron. I found your videos earlier this week. These are the types of things I believe in, spiritually. I just wasn't practicing or had a full awakened conscious yet. I was holding on and trying to control the outcome with my woman. So much neediness when she was trying to pull away I had her on a pedestal and couldn't let go of control. I was creating so much resistance. Isaw your vid and woke up. I let go and detached from outcome. Literally the next day she is trying to come back and attracted to me. Thank you!

Protect your energy bro, remember the guy you paid to do that job? And didn’t finish/taking too long to finish (if I remember correctly) he basically tried you, bro. Either he was a racist (against whites) or an a-hole. either way he didn’t respect you, that there, if you don’t see respect after showing respect, automatically assume you’re going to bump heads. Do what you gotta do, you need to show your backbone Mr. Doughty. They’ll try to cause some traction, gotta let them know you are about that action, or avoid them at all costs. Or else. Some people just want to watch the world burn, zigzag away from them.

Yeah I'm an empath, picked up my parents failed marriage in, all the bullies in school had so much pain in their hearts and I took it in. After many awakenings Ive come to realized I am talented, handsome, and lucky, and my life changed forever. I am a receiver of my own karma, and I put myself first because I am worth it.

Some years ago, I was in the hospital for a hemorrhage in my brain, I luckily survived without permanent damage but there was a secondary issue and the doctors told me that if it doesn't improve by a specific date I would need to get surgery again. I was freaking out and trying to force myself to get better and it would only worsen. One day, I decided that I can't fight it anymore and that I would accept whatever outcome would come and let go of worrying. The next day or two on the deadline date, suddenly my situation improved so much that I didn't need the surgery and could soon leave the hospital. Letting go was such a game-changer.

I knew there was a reason I kept coming back to this page. My older brother had gotten sick and my mom was always at the hospital with him. After that, it seemed like she was always taking someone else in so the reach for attention and validation from her was never-ending. Things make so much sense. This was extremely helpful.

Feeling pretty lost lately, and you’ve helped me to realise something I could never understand. How when we’re empathic we’re so concerned about keeping the other person in a good mental state, worrying about why they’re not happy and if it’s you’re fault, because we fear abandonment or we fear that we won’t get our needs met. I had a parent who was very moody and depending on her mood was how I would be treated. My whole life depended on her mood, and now I’ve created a life where my whole life depends on the other person’s mood. Wow. Time for some real healing.

I was that parent to my daughter. And she and I have a relationship, but she keeps it very superficial and distant. And of course the more she does that, the more I try bcuz I 'need' it to be deeper and need her approval that I was a good mom. Then being needy pushes her further away bcuz she doesn't have to be around my unhealthy codependent behavior anymore. She will avoid me for months. So, forgiving myself for not giving her more stability, or not showing her that it's okay to shine her own light as bright as possible when she was little. I hope she is able to heal from my destructive behaviors while I was raising her. Bcuz I love her with my entire being and only want the very best for her... I am so very proud of her and what she has accomplished and how she is so loving to others and the amazing woman she has become.. I hope one day she and I can have a deeper relationship like I have with my own mom. bcuz my daughter truly is the most important thing/person to me. She is sooo amazing! and beautiful - but she is afraid to shine her own light. She is so inspiring to me - even without shining her light - bcuz I see her determination and accomplishments and I have seen the light she is afraid to shine. I want to go back in time and tell that little girl: You are worthy and you ARE enough! You are beautiful and you have the potential to be whatever you want to be.. Dream big and Go be YOU!

No, that's counterintuitive to actually recovering. the commenter may have presented themselves as one but that is not who they are. You are not an illness/mental condition etc, you are just experiencing it! I do agree with the term "empath" isnt' really meaningful. People need to stop identifying as their issues or accepting labels from others, then half the work is done.

I don’t believe in the concept of “empath”. To me, that’s not a particular identity. It’s the absence of “other” (unhealthy psychological disposition). Such as extreme narcissism, Etc. As a consequence, one is empathetic, caring, considerate, genuinely interested, a good listener and other similar qualities. Has the ability to be objective and recognize that everyone’s worldview is unique.

I am at the very maximum end of the spectrum for empathy and it all makes sense now. I don't know what happened to me as a child but I know there is trauma at a very very young age considering I was dabbling with suicidal tendencies at the age of 4-5. No matter the cause of the trauma, tuning myself to my parents or people around me perfectly explains how I ended up with my father's anger and my mother's anxiety among other issues. Realizing all this feels extremely important on my journey to ascension ❤

Yes, I'm an Empath!✨ Learned this in 2023. I'm a bright-shining light✨ I'm extremely sensitive to people's feelings, emotions, the way they talk, what they say, how they say it, their tone, their facial expressions. I can sense so much. This must've stemmed from childhood and during & after my parents divorce. I was a people-pleaser for the longest time. Having no boundaries, couldn't say no and not understanding "red flags." But, after going through a serious narcissistic relationship in 2023 that almost took me down, I learned the lesson of the Narcississt, who I am, why I ended up there and healing childhood wounds. Now, I def have boundaries and I'm not a people-pleaser any longer. I'm meditating, focusing on myself, watching all sorts of informative videos on healing & narcississm, journaling, singing a lot, reading more, & feeling better. I'm working on myself everyday. I feel free from the toxicity & I'm thankful. I understand who I am. Also, have become spiritually closer to the Lord, praying more than ever & appreciating the good in my life & being grateful. I had to go through so much suffering & pain to get to where I am now. There was no other way. Now, to be careful who I let in my life and be the best version I can be, everyday. I really enoy your channel too, Aaron. It's so helpful 💯😌❣️ Thank you so much!

I didn’t realize how emotional this would make me. Thank you for sharing your experience. I experienced childhood trauma and I am very empathic. My mother was very emotionally unstable and I always felt that I had to hide my emotions for her, and always put on a happy act for her. I continued this throughout my life. I also tend to put myself last in order to care for everyone around me. I became very anxious and started to have panic attacks on a daily basis. I am attracted to broken people especially men and I am currently talking to someone that I really want to fix. He is emotionally unstable and depressed. I want so badly to help him, but I’m realizing now that I am hurting myself on the process. I feel obsessed with trying to make him happy. Everyday is a struggle but I am coming to terms with myself in letting go and being more aware of these patterns. Anyone who is going through this, you are not alone. And you will break free from this. Peace and love ❤️

Hang in there; been there with the need to fix, nurture, etc, and put their needs above my own … working on it but still a work in progress! When you get to point of believing 1- you’re worthy 2- you can’t “fix” people 3- & everything else in this video is spot on! Sounds like you’re working on it well & heading in a positive direction!

I’m definitely an empath. I also have an emotionally unavailable mother and a dad I didn’t know how to talk to (even though he was super nice, RIP dad). I now realize I chase women because I want the validation of women. I tend to attract the emotionally unavailable ones and the ones that aren’t, I realize I tend to dump. My head is spinning but I’ll take all these lessons to heart and mind and learn to improve myself from it.

Next time you have a panic attack listen to what i am about to tell you, Think of a river flowing freely if you were to try and stop that water flowing it will build up and eventually all come down in a big surge , When you feel a panic attack coming on think of the water flowing freely same as the panic attack let it flow freely through you it will get weaker if you show no resistance once you have done what i say a couple of times you will gain confidence to beat them and remember panic attacks cannot hurt you say to yourself what is the worst it can do to me

I was an overweight child. I was rejected and struggled to make friends, it stunted my social skills. I wasn't attractive to girls, I wasn't a desirable friend to guys. I've gotten thinner and got better at socializing, but that neediness, desperation, and fear of rejection from friends and romantic interests is still there and has cost me so much. This was great to hear, thank you.

I was in a car accident when I was 11. Lacerations, broken jaw, fractured skull. It really brought me some perspective that I don't think it is healthy for children to have. It led to a negative self-awareness and anxiety. I know what you mean. I'm sorry. Childhood is important and it really shapes your behaviors. Also grew up in a hoarding household (no friends coming over). It's tough man. It's partially destroying my relationship with my gf but we're good people and our weaknesses can make us strong in so many other ways. Don't be too hard on yourself. Take care

Very true. Took me a long time to understand that. All the backstabbing, cheating, fakeness, etc. done by others is in no way a definition of who I am. Why? Cause it's not my shit, it's there's. Wish them well in the future for their sake, forgive and let go.

I can relate to your Mom - I lost my mother at 15, and my father at 19. Losing them left me scarred for several years. To top it off, my father got a girlfriend when I was 16, and she hated me. I was always made to clean the entire house for her, polish the fancy furniture she brought into the house, and she actually turned my father against me and my brothers for months. (He actually apologized for this a couple of years later, when he saw what he had done. He had just been super vulnerable). This was 1 month after we had lost our Mom. It took an incredible amount of work to get over all that, after I nearly drank myself to death. So a lot of what you have to say resonates with me personally - and the positive stuff is incredible!! It took me years to absorb the positive affirmations I had learned, but that's just it - I had to keep at it. I had - and still have - to do the work. You're brilliant Aaron - thank you for your messages!!

I'm an empath. The Abandonment part hit me hard because that exactly is how my life is. Until it hit me sooo hard that it drove me crazy because I feel I have the responsibility for everyone especially the one I loved that just left me out of everything I have done being responsible enough but still everyone I cared about just put me aside for their own happiness. It sucked then this video brought sooo much sense to me. This has changed my perspective on how I should approach my daily life from now on.

I have been there myself in the past my friend and I understand the darkness can consume you. I am in breakup right now and how I deal with them has changed massively. I think about it this way. I do love her and I do care about her but I want the best for her and if that’s not me then I’m ok with that I understand I am not perfect and have things to work on. I use this time to focus on myself and my shortfallings to make myself better for the next person that comes along. All hardships in life are an opportunity for growth, we just need to notice that they are an opportunity and cease it. Take time to focus on yourself and I promise you that not only will you feel better but you will either reattract that person or someone even better.

Your words on being “right” made me think of one of my favorite sayings… It is not always about who is wrong and WHO is right; it is more about WHAT is wrong and what is right. My boyfriend would reply to me saying yeah you’re right with “I am not trying to be right.” It was so frustrating to me as I was trying to be agreeable and he was being contrary.
