In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is tossing you the confidence keys by boosting your confidence instantly with these 5 tips. You can develop your confidence by using these secrets that Alpha has discovered.
Alpha's Confidence Boosters
1. Eliminate negative people from your life - they are cancerous. They are energy vampires. You may need to find a new job or relationship. It may suck short-term but will boost your confidence long-term.
2. Compliment others - getting compliment feels incredible! It also feels incredible giving them and helps develop your people skills at the same time.
3. Do something good about your body every day - it doesn't matter how much or how little. Just make a conscious effort, and the result will be a direct impact on how you feel about yourself.
4. Develop your brain -- feed your brain knowledge and stimulate it. Alpha doesn't like to read (or have time) so he's been crazy hooked on Audible | An Amazon Company Alpha recommends Daniel Pink's "A Whole New Mind." The book talks about the importance of developing creative thinking, which creative thinkers will end up ruling the world. Alpha uses Audible in the car and while doing cardio. Get your free trial and audio book today.
5. Help someone every day! - You will feel amazing after doing something nice for someone. It's a rush of endorphins and a self-esteem 'shot in the ass'.

I watched this video yesterday morning because I wanted to kinda get myself more out there (I'm a freshman in high school) and I wanted to start talking to more girls. After watching I worked out for a while and got a new haircut. I've been talking to this girl as a friend but I kinda liked her, last night I really brought out this new confidence that Alpha taught me to have. I hinted that I liked her. It turns out that she really liked me back! We were talking all night and it was the best time of my life. My reason for telling this story is so that you guys with low self-esteem like I used to have know that you are special and you can get the girl with just a little bit of confidence. Be proud of who you are:)

Braedon Carney hey man I'm in the same boat. I'm also a freshman in highschool, I used to talk to girls a lot but then I became isolated because a got a REALLY bad video game addiction. I've recently cut those out of my life and am slowing starting to rebuild past relationships (when I played video games in 8th grade I went from having LOTS of friends to having none because all I wanted to do was play cod and I cut everyone out of my life). Were you the same way? Like you didn't have many friends? I haven't had a quality talk with a girl in 2 years need to change thy ASAP! Do you reccomend working out at the gym? I've been looking into that the past couple weeks but don't know how to approach my parents about it. Reply when you can please, and that's great with the girl thing.

I needed to start working out, and told my parents that straight up. They were so supportive, and now I have my own little fitness center in the basement. Like I said though, it all goes back to just getting yourself out there and talking to new people. It will definitely work out in your favor. I am in no means hot, or overly popular, but I have confidence. Girls love talking to me because of it.

  • @echoZERO9

Braedon Carney I like the gym in your basement part. I might try getting some benches in mine or just do the gym. My parents I think will be supportive as my brother works out a lot (he's a senior) and as do my parents, I'm just awkward as hell and really introverted bc of that video game stage. Before you started to work out did you have lots of friends and were really social or were you a bit awkward as well. I've slowly been building relationships but have yet to build one with a girl and hate the feeling.

Then the Navy did so even more, but once I separated from the Navy I found it hard to transition. Over the last 8 years my confidence has dropped lower than it has ever been so I'm looking forward to trying these tips.

With Confidence it is also to remind yourself that everyone is going through things, everyone is up in their own heads worrying about themselves. Once you realise this it is so easy to walk around with ease and assured in who you are. Everyone is human. With any scenario that scares you, ask yourself the simple question ‘What is the worst outcome that can happen from this situation’, usually it isn’t half as bad as we make it out to be! Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real, Challenge yourself everyday and you will step into a Confident Person. All the love and incredible video, Thank you x

It's a bit challenging. You don't know if they are just trying to motivate you or they really don't see good things in you. Just work everything for yourself, prove them wrong and don't be like them when you are already a parent. Unlock the power within you, your self motivation is your superpower. 🔥

God that would be awesome! Tho I think teenage style for us guys is the same as fully grown adults. We just have to be more careful with dressing appropriately and with purpose. A 16 year old lad would look out of place in clothes that are stylish but are more seen on older men.

Alpha Male! Started watching you maybe 2 months ago and you have dramatically changed my life. I love watching your videos, your entertaining, energetic, and your totally on point! My confidence levels are on the rise not quite where I want but a major improvement none the less. I’ve changed the way I dress, started to workout everyday, started reading, and I went from introvert to extrovert, so much so I’m sure people think I’m a goof ball or on drugs but I love it. I was a miserable carpenter when I started watching your videos and now I’m on my way to becoming a real estate agent. I’ve even began to ponder making KZread videos myself! Complete transformation thanks to you inspiration! I love you man! Keep making the video! Can’t see what you’ll make next.

I can get what you are trying to say. I had a bunch of friends but I started seeing negative points in all of them after getting to a certain level of closeness. Some complain all the time (but start confiding in you because they know you will hear it), and some are lazy. It is such a dilemma fighting yourself over whether you should try to change their habits, or leave them like that, or just throw the relationship away and seek new friends. It really is not as simple as simply "getting rid of negative friends". What I am trying to do is to change the way I perceive people. I focus more on the positive side of everyone while trying to minimize the negative side of things.
