I'm in my early 50's and just about to build up my dream cruiser after many years away from the sport. BMX has changed so much since I used to race back in the 80's and 90's, the technique you young guys use today is amazing, really looking forward to mastering it all again. Ride safe brother

Yes it was!
The pros: -Riding is fun and provides opportunity to travel often -A very social sport -A great way to stay in shape The cons: -It’s extremely expensive -There isn’t a lot of money to be made for professional racing to make it your sole full time career -A lot of risk in injuries/permanent damage for not a lot of reward As a former racer, I enjoyed the time I did while it lasted, but realized I got burnt out from the sport and drama. I like to ride trails instead now
I like BMX but it is expensive
