I've got the original 2001 Platinum edition F250, 4x4. I've had it for 23 years and it's been a great truck. Everyone I know have been through multiple trucks, but my ole 7.3 is still purring like a kitten.

I'm being gifted my grandpas ol 2001 7.3, I'm super excited! Though I gotta know, I've heard these trucks are super easy to break into, and I live in a car theft prone area. Is there anything you'd recommend to prevent theft? Thanks, your truck is super clean! Same color as my grandpas :D

When you swap the 6.0 front clip is the bumper and grill just bolt on

  • @nick7.398

Everything is bolt on, you will need: 2005-2007… Headlights Bulbs Front bumper Grille Header panel 99-03 to 05-07 headlight conversion harness. Everything bolts on, took me roughly 30 mins very easy, the “header panel” is the fiberglass piece that bolts to core support that the grille and headlights mount to.
