Mack hypercoasters are my favourite model in the industry. I really hope one day I'll be able to ride all 6 that have been Manufactured

I agree that more Mack hypers and Big Dippers should be built. I’ve heard there will be more big dippers soon. I’m glad you liked this format!

Mack.Hyper is really excellent. I think I must sing high praise for it.

Vekoma could also build hypers (they were considered for Hyperion before it was given to Intamin), would love to see one built. Also the new gen Intamin Mega (like Kondaa) and Hypers have crazy layouts. I see those becoming good rivals (vekoma because its way cheaper) to Mack

im from the uk and i cant wait for hyperia to open, you dont know how long uk enthusiasts have been waiting for a ride like it

I’ve been on a lot of big Macks - Velociraptor, Blue Fire, Alpina Blitz, Ride to Happiness, Time Traveler, etc. - and I do always notice that they have some of the best restraints in the world. So much better than RMC’s. But your video made me look up the Mack hypers on rcdb - I’ve ridden none of them - and I discovered that a fourth Mack hyper is lying in storage at Bollywood Parks Dubai. If this was announced as a project at one time, I’ve forgotten about it. Do you know what the deal is about it? It was apparently supposed to open in 2021?

From forums the belief is that the MACK Hyper was supposed to be built at the now canceled Six Flags Dubai. It has appeared in new Bollywood concept art released earlier this year and it should eventually be built in the future, perhaps after they open Bombay Express.

@@CoasterHour Thanks, Carrick! Well, if Bombay Express ever opens, then there’s hope for another coaster years later, apparently. As you may remember, i visited this park last spring and the GCI was testing daily and park employees told me they’d ridden it. It seems ludicrous that it’s still not open. I enjoyed this park (the shows, the rides, the food), but Bollywood and so much of the greater Dubai entertainment world seems vastly overextended.

Haven't ridden any large Mack coasters but the restraints look very comfortable! Very interesting situation with the hyper at Bollywood. I haven't looked much into that.

Hello Coaster Timers! DC Rivals is pretty good, but can't beat the freedom on those B&M clamshell restraints though. If you take a hyper twister layout i'd still take Raging Bull over DC Rivals, and I'm sure that would be a very unpopular opinion! That non inverting loop on DC Rivals is very mediocre compared to the rest of the ride, however it does look cool.

They kind of look like a “middle ground” compared to bmn and intamin hyper

I agree. Mack hypers look like they blend aspects of both B&M and Intamin

im wondering why project exodus will not have the 6 car trains as it has more capacity

@@antonytsai6611 Maybe it made more sense for the layout. But if the park asked for a lot of capacity Mack is definitely able to deliver that. Just look at the insane throughput of the original Blue Fire - despite being a "mid sized" coaster, it can run 3 íf not 4 trains at once and has seperate station sections for getting off and on the train. There is a lot of room to increase capacity not by vehicle size but optimizing operations.

@@Dukhanstmichmal yes but the plans only show the station and final brake runs so I think it will only run 2 trains and the maximum capacity with 2 trains and 3 trains in this ride would be similar as it doesn’t have a mid course

​@Dukhanstmichmal (I apologise for the very late reply) but yes it was confirmed on the merlin annual pass Facebook group that there is to be 2 trains with 5 rows. And Hyperia (the coaster name got revealed) is right next to saw and colossus which usually have a average queue time of 90 minutes so adding a record breaker right next to it is sure to bring huge crowds
