Rvitm and rvu are under the same trust which runs rvce . So there's merged placements. What do you think about that? And how does it affect rvce students

Hey , one question Is a Mechanical branch student allowed to sit in CSE Placements in RVCE?

My son is going to join CSE with AIML in RVCE in Aug/Sept'24 batch. What languages he should learn before joining the College? PLs provide 2-3 books name (languages) which he should buy which can be used in college also.

Since they are making ai as Cse with ai and ml so will the faculties be same as core cs cause we spoke to one girl earlier when it was only ai they have only 4-5 faculties she said

ETE doesn't have some of the core subjects that are important. Also there's a trend that people in ETE in RV go for software jobs and ECE prefer hardware jobs. Not sure why this is the case but it happens. If you work on good ECE related projects in clubs and stuff then you should be at par with ECE students for core jobs.

Go to both campuses if possible and talk to the students.... you'll get the best idea I'm in RV so I can't compare them both.....but I guess Msrit will be better

IEM has more of non technical subjects, and mix of management related subjects. You'll have to do coding entirely on your own if you're interested in IT placements.

See the subjects are more of management related than of core engineering. If you're interested in that then take it up Most people and teachers suggest to do MBA after that and it'll be easier for them as they wudve had exposure to those subjects in undergrad itself What do you want to know exactly?

It is completely different.....they have different buildings , faculty and there's no connection except that we share the campus. Maybe it is good too, pls do your own research and maybe talk to some faculty/students for better clarity
