The great thing about science fiction is it gives us something to shoot for. The ideal personal transportation vehicle is the suit that Tony Stark’s Iron Man wears. If someone can come up with something that approaches that they’d sell like hot cakes Kudos to all these inventors who are gradually getting us there

The first one is YET AGAIN just another design stolen by the Russian. This was ACTUALLY designed by the U.S. ARMY in the late 40s to mid 50s for an infantry man. But was thrown out because they realized that the soilder is standing above 4 whirling blades. If he was wounded or knocked off from a close explosion from enemy mortar, etc. He'd fall into the blades. There's even a video on KZread that shows the ORIGINAL designed version.

He's running 2-stroke Hobby engines that appear to be horizontally opposed. I'd guess roughly 250cc displacement in size and he's running about $1,000 USD of custom expansion chambers. That set up appears to be air cooled so that would mean insane mid/hi-rpm torque that whips those screws up to 15,000 rpm! Might even be Wankle engines?
