    I've been diabetic for 20 plus yrs. my keyword in eating is MODERATION . . . no softdrinks, alcohol, does not smoke. I don't like the word ITAPON! goodness! Not just diet . . . regular exercise is essential!!

    I am a Filipina maried to a German Doctor. We enjoy eating all foods but all in moderation. So far our blood test are all normal. Thanks God.

    I think better to say it AVOID the foods that can increase 😊blood sugar . And DISCIPLINE. Discipline yourself with the foods you’re consuming and do everyday exercise .

    Anong hindi essential ang banana, it is packed with potassium and other nutrients. Basta moderate eating like latundan you can eat about twice a day and lakatan once a day. It is a super food full of vitamins n minerals. It is also good for those who have GERD or stomach problems.

    Good morning Doc mas maganda na term ay iwasan not itapon po. Im diabetic since 2007 what im doing is 1/2 vup rice brown a day or 25gs of bread but dont eat rice if you eat bread, no sugar no soft drink, 1kind of fruit only a day, but not manggo ripe, no atis, mo Chico no melon no pine Apple, apple 1/2 only,😊 and eating yogurt,😊 or drinking yogurt, if poultry poultry lang if meat meat lang, if seafoods seafoods lang pero 110 gs lang di pede sabay sabay, vegetable Salad, 🥗 and vegetables use olive oil or canola oil less salt and more water and Exercise siempre ako dahil old na walking 45 mis share ko lang po ginagawa ko thank you po

    If you discard all of these food groups, your patients might go to malnutrition, dehydration, and prone to more infections because of zero of all necessities... Limitations and nutritional advisory to manage diabetes is much better. The required calories of each

    Very informative to lower blood sugar. However, the word “itapon” is waste, I will use the word “avoid”.

    One I can suggest drink luke warm water in the morning,eat in moderation but the most important exercise regularly.

    Lahat ng sinabi mong itapong pagkain kinakain ko ! Umi inom lang ako ng sapat na maaligamgam na tubig umaga hanggang gabi.82 yrs. Old na ako !walang ano mang karamdaman! Salamat sa panginoong Diyos.

    Na diagnosed ako last August ng diabetes. Kumain lng ako ng okra png ulam at ang sabaw ng okra ay bale kape ko. In just two weeks bumaba ang sugar ko. Monitored ako within 3 months. Pg continuous ng normal ippatigil n ang meds control n lng s pgkain. Self-discipline lng sa diet. Thanks God!

    I think the appropriate word to use instead of" Itapon" (throw away) is either "limit" or "cut down". ( bawasan o iwasan).
