What do you think of these EDC items? What pieces of budget gear do you like?

The Lumintop EDC01. I carry it every day. I had 2 Olights, the small budget one like this, and the USB rechargeable one about half the size of this. The Olight kept unscrewing in my pocket and one day I got home to find I'd lost the head of it. The small rechargeable one was on a s-biner on my keychain but that managed to work it's way off the main chain and I lost it too. I do like the form factor of the olights but I think the Lumintop is built better, plus you have more battery life than either of those olights.

@@simonh6371 I think the Edc01 is a fantastic AAA light, definitely outclasses the i3e. Honestly, I was shocked it was still so cheap, I've had mine for 4 years and the price is basically the same despite inflation running rampant, well, as long as you buy the black one, the pink and blue are a few quid more.

Cheers Paul, I think we all have our EDC mainstays so I enjoy seeing these cheap little add on’s you don’t mind spending a few quid on. The lumintop I’ve had my eye on for a while, to replace the i3e freebie I’ve had on my keys. Having 3 levels and the diffuser would be handy. Keep up the good work

Thanks for watching Stephen! The EDC01 is a big step up from the i3e in my opinion, really goes from backup key light to a full fledged EDC light. If you plan on having the diffuser on your keys, then I'd recommend either an oring to increase the tension to stop it falling off, or pierce the side and mount it on its own split ring. I love all the little bits Lumintop gives you!
