This warm up sequence is focused on the upper body and core. It increases blood flow throughout the whole body and makes a great workout before one of our Upper Body HIIT Routines!
Spend 30 seconds in each exercise paying close attention to your breathing and the stretches in each move.

So, just finished doing this and I actually had to stop to drink water the last 1minute. lol, definitely showed how out of shape I really am. Loving it, definitely gonna continue with your other workouts. I've let myself go and wanna get my confidence back. Thanks for the videos.

Just discovered your channel with this warm up and I’m addicted! I did your dumbbell ab workout and I was really surprised how well it targeted my abs. I do Barre Au Sol and Pilates often, and I’m starting to incorporate strength training in my regimen. I’d ove to continue your workouts

I kind of wish this had more dynamic stretches/ warm up movements especially through the shoulders and back.. maybe this was geared more to fresh beginners?

Stretches are more suitable for end of warmup to either give a kick start to ur recovery from the workout or just help ur muscles out from strain,not really suitable before workout as many studies have suggested.and in either case if u want to do those stretches i suggest other fitness channels and searching more specifically.

@@de_noob7196 I know that you’re not supposed to stretch before a workout, but I felt this was not enough of a warmup or dynamic stretch, which is less about flexibility and more about warming up the muscles, obviously
the fact that parts of this felt like a workout to me really says a lot ab me
