This was an awesome introduction… I’ve had my kettlebells in the corner for months.
I dig this. Nice and quick and heck, do it twice or three times if you wish. Plus, love the fellow in the yellow jacket deciding whether or not he should come in. :)

Like your previous vlog a little while ago, I only started with KB’s last summer, of late I’ve got overwhelmed with so many different vlogs and KB exercises and from other channels but I always keep coming back to yours. 52 year old female here, think I’m going to stick with this routine and nothing else for a few weeks. Really awesome way to start my day Gregory! Did a lot of Olympic lifting when I was way younger (mid 40's now), and I really dig your focus on these KB exercises (snatch and clean/press), it's bringing a lot of old training memories back, and with the reduced time I have (I've got a young family) and the reduced space (no gym membership, training at home in my house), this type of training really hits the sweet spot, many thanks!

Thanks for a great workout Gregory! Just the right mix of ballistic and grind movements! I extended this into a ladder of sorts: Round 1: 24kg, Round 2: 20kg and Round 3: 16kg.
