5 Minute Follow Along Running Warm Up- How to Stretch Before Running to Prevent Injury

Since I’ve been getting back into running, I wanted to share with you the 5 minute warm up routine I do before all my runs, whether I’m at the track, running outside, or running on a treadmill. These dynamic stretches get blood flowing to my muscles and help keep me safe from injury. Just 5 quick minutes makes such a huge difference if you’re starting running and want to prevent any injuries. I hope this follow along routine helps you have the best run 🥰️
