We are proud to present a karate training program from Japan for karate practitioners around the world, which can be practiced at home.
The coach is Mr. Kinjo Sensei, a famous Hanshi 9-dan in Okinawa, the birthplace of karate.
This time, we will focus on four types of karate: punch, kick, block, and sweep.
By watching this video repeatedly every day, even those who cannot attend a dojo should be able to improve.

Thanks for your instructions sensei I started karate in Niigata in 1985 but discontinued Finally studied tae kwon do and got to brown belt but COVID has shut that down so enjoy your videos

@@user-jf7ri5bk7q.. и обрати внимание: он садит прямые кулаком не в одну точку, условно ив солнечное сплетение или в шею, а в "молоко" У них, почти у всех и та же ошибка. Вот как санчин заучили с непонятным тсуки, так и дальше пошло. Тоже и по некоторым другим техникам..

Enjoyed the watch, i just wish more emphasis was taken on the stance for kihon, is it hachiji dachi on purpose or is the jundokan performing kihon this way now. The world sees + many wont comment, little things before posting vid's would and should be corrected, great to see jundokan masters share but to just watch and give positive comments lowers this masters attempts to give his expertease. For me the Jundokan Okinawa is the No 1 dojo with standards high, no disrespect but easily sorted before sharing if kinjo sensei were to be told.

I train Koryu uchinadi Which is the original Okinawan karate It has joint locking breaking Throws chokes and strangles Pressure point striking Ive seen non of that in any of these so called Okinawan masters series Begs the question why ?
