5 Min Intense Ab Workout
You do not need to be spending a long time working your core. In fact, if you are properly engaging your core you should be good just from your compound lifts. But we all love a good ab burn. This is a quick and effective intense ab workout and can be done from anywhere!
Repeat 1-3 times for a full ab workout or add it to another workout for an extra ab burn at the end of your workout.
